El bautizo de apnea o Discover Freediving se lleva a cabo en unas 3 horas y consta de dos fases principales:
Sesión introductoria con el instructor dónde conocerás los fundamentos de la apnea.
Sesión práctica de aguas confinadas en el mar para aprender técnicas de apnea, así como de apnea estática y dinámica.
Requisitos para la actividad
Tener 12 años de edad.
Saber nadar.
