Excellent buoyancy control is what defines expert divers. You will be able to glide effortlessly, use less air and avoid accidental contact with the seabed or marine life. The Peak Performance Buoyancy workshop is an intensive half-day session that will transform the way you dive.


The Buoyancy workshop consists of a first theory section followed by a dive to a maximum depth of 10 metres during which you will practise the main buoyancy techniques: hovering, controlled ascents and descents, position in the water and air consumption management.
