Justo delante de Port Salvi, en la zona de buceo de la Punta de Garbí comprendida entre Les Planetes y la Cala del Vigatà, se encuentran las cuevas (túneles) de Sant Feliu. En esta zona encontraremos tres túneles submarinos de gran belleza y fácil acceso, que podremos atravesar con total facilidad y seguridad. Durante la inmersión, nos encontraremos con praderas de Posidonia, escórporas, pulpos, meros y gorgonias blancas. El fondo está formado por grandes formaciones rocosas, túneles y amplios canales.
El túnel principal está situado a unos 26 metros de profundidad y tiene una longitud de unos 25 metros, siendo muy estrecho en uno de sus lados.
El segundo túnel es más ancho y tiene una longitud de unos 18 metros, y a su salida contemplaremos la figura de un delfín.
El tercer túnel, el más corto de los tres, tiene un desnivel de 3 metros que salvaremos ascendiendo lentamente y sin ningún peligro.
Sobre el primer túnel encontraremos una rosa de los vientos que servirá de punto de referencia.
