Freediving is about inner power, discipline and control. If you have always wanted to enter the underwater world peacefully and stay with your own breath, freediving is for you. The PADI Freediver course will teach you the fundamental techniques of breath-hold diving in a safe and progressive environment.

The Discover Freediving experience lasts around 3 hours and consists of two main phases:
Introductory theory session on the fundamentals of freediving — breathing, equalisation, safety and what to expect underwater.
Practical session in the sea: breath-hold exercises in shallow water followed by supervised freediving dives with your instructor.
Requirements for the activity
Minimum age 12 years.
Be able to swim.
Be in good health.
No prior diving or freediving experience required.
