Almost directly in front of Platja d'Aro, we find a rock formation called La Roja. It is an imposing mountain, with its highest point located at around 9 metres.
We can begin the dive on the side closest to the shore, and we will cross through the mountain via one of its numerous cracks when our air supply is getting to the halfway point.
We must keep an eye on all the cracks and holes, as it is very likely to spot a conger eel or moray eel in them. We will also see large anemones and sponges.
At the end of the dive, if we fix our gaze into the blue, we will likely spot a school of barracudas, normally in the shallower part of the mountain.
