The Llosa de Palamós is a promontory located off the coast of Palamós. The topography of the seabed is very varied and we find rocky areas, sandy patches and posidonia meadows. The maximum depth is around 18 metres on the outer side of the promontory.

Near the Llosa de Palamós we also find the remains of old boats and the ancient lighthouse that indicated the presence of the Llosa. For more advanced levels, starting from the outer tip of the Llosa it is possible to descend along the wall to greater depths, where we can find gorgonians and other deep-water species.
