Cala Margarita es una inmersión que podemos hacer desde playa o desde barco. Si queremos ir desde playa, podemos acceder desde la Cala Morro del Vedell o directamente desde Cala Margarita. Después de bucear durante unos 7 a 10 minutos, llegaremos a la zona rocosa conocida como Cala Margarita. Si vamos en barco accederemos directamente al fondeo situado sobre un fondo de 15 metros y desde dónde podemos iniciar el recorrido de forma cómoda.
Una vez nos encontramos en la zona de buceo de Cala Margarita podemos observar pradera de Posidonia y grandes formaciones rocosas que dibujan diversos canales. La vida marina es muy variada, y podemos ver desde una gran variedad de nudibranquios, a morenas, pulpos, bancos de salpas, algún pequeño mero y langostas en la zona más profunda. También será fácil ver gorgonia blanca.
