El curso PADI Advanced Freediver está diseñado para cumplir esa necesidad personal de refinar y mejorar tus destrezas como apneísta y te permite progresar lentamente mientras aprendes cómo reacciona tu cuerpo durante la apnea.

El curso PADI Advanced Freediver consta de tres fases principales:
Desarrollo de conocimientos sobre técnicas y equipo de freediving avanzado.
Sesión en aguas confinadas para aprender estiramientos y técnicas de relajación así como refinar la apnea estática y dinámica. Objetivo: apnea estática de 2 minutos y 30 segundos (2 minutos para freedivers menores de 18 años de edad) y apnea dinámica de 50 metros (40 metros para freedivers menores de 18 años de edad).
Sesiones en aguas abiertas para practicar inmersión libre más profunda y descensos con peso constante, junto con procedimientos adicionales de compañeros y técnicas de rescate. Objetivo: freedive con peso constante de 20 metros (15 metros para freedivers menores de 18 años de edad).
Requisitos para el curso
Tener 15 años de edad.
Estar certificado como PADI Freediver (o certificación equivalente de otra organización de freediver).
Haber realizado un curso PADI EFR de Primeros Auxilios en los últimos 24 meses.
Disponer de un certificado médico oficial con una antigüedad no superior a 2 años.
Disponer de un seguro de Buceo (si no tienes nosotros lo podemos tramitar).
Equipo: Necesitas tener una máscara de freediving, tubo, aletas, traje húmedo y cinturón de lastre. También necesitarás un dispositivo de señalización de superficie y un ordenador de freediving.
