If you are thinking about getting into the world of diving but do not have time to do a complete Open Water course, you can start with the PADI Scuba Diver course. It is the easiest, fastest and most enjoyable way to get started. And always accompanied by a certified instructor.

As a PADI Scuba Diver certified diver you will be able to dive with a PADI Instructor or Divemaster to a maximum depth of 12 metres.

How is the course carried out?

PADI Scuba Diver Course
The course is divided into two parts:
  • Theory part: During 3 theory modules you will learn the basics of diving, techniques and equipment.
  • Practical part: The practical part consists of three confined water dives and two open water dives where you will apply everything learned in class.
As a certified PADI Scuba Diver you will be able to dive with a PADI Instructor or Divemaster to a maximum depth of 12 metres.

Once certified as a Scuba Diver you can become a PADI Open Water Diver easily by completing the remaining dives and content.

Course requirements

  • Be 10 years of age
  • Children aged 10 to 14 obtain the Junior Scuba Diver certification (at 10 and 11 years of age maximum depth is limited to 12 metres). Once they turn 15, it is automatically upgraded to Scuba Diver.
  • Be able to swim.
  • Hold an official medical certificate no older than 2 years.

What does the course include?

  • Duration: 2 days
  • Number of dives: 3 dives in confined water and 2 dives in open water.
  • All necessary equipment during the activity.
  • Diving insurance during the activity.
  • Assistance throughout the course from a certified instructor.
