Entre Palamós y Calella de Palafrugell, situado frente al Golfet de Calella, encontraremos un montículo sumergido denominado la Roca de la Sardana. Se trata de una formación rocosa que empieza en los 15 metros y llega en su parte más lejana a los 25 metros. Es una inmersión apta para todos los niveles.
En general, el fondo es rocoso, con numerosas grietas y agujeros. Tendremos que estar muy atentos a todas estas grietas, ya que observaremos formaciones coralinas, gorgonias y alguna langosta. Podremos encontrarnos con grandes escórporas, sargos y castañuelas en la parte menos profunda.
